I remember the feeling.
Worries this might happen... Worries that might happen....
Full of worries through out the days.
I read many books just to handle my own worries.
All of it.
But none is works.
But a couple of theories.
One: Order your mind to stop worries
Two: Every time worries happen, switch your mind to happy feeling, by dreaming a good thing happen, even when it not yet happen.
Three: Every time the mind switch in back again to your worries condition, go again to number one.
Switch your feeling from bad moods (worries, fear, mad) to good moods (happy, cheer, loved) are the key.
